WHERE TO FIND 'PEACE'?

Peace is absent when we give our minds a target that it cannot achieve. The society, media, parents and teachers have placed lots of  'should be'  and  'should not be' before us. There is too much to process. A lot of information which is a part of our minds is not formed out of our own observations but instead it is a result of what we have been told or suggested again and again. This is called  'conditioning'. Our mind tries to make sense of all that it holds but fails to do so. True mind is what we naturally have and it knows everything without trying. Our mind seeks to create a definite image of reality so that we can function efficiently but that doesn't happen given that mind is screwed by conditioning. The mind doesn't see the reality based on the image it has of the reality, or what it has been taught.

At all times the mind feels heavy because the truth is felt to be different by the soul then what the mind is programmed to believe. How can mind be at peace when it has lot of information in it which doesn't connect or relate to each other. Our soul has the capacity to see the truth on its own, it feels the truth directly as emotions or feelings. Fear might block it but the more we relax and let go of what we were taught the more we can tune ourselves with the ongoing reality, with the higher mind and be at 'peace'
